Up for sale is a 1996 Florida State of the Arts license plate, FAA 104. This is a very early example of this type! It is a natural 1996, meaning there are no other stickers under the '96. It is excellent condition with only minor bolthole wear and light fading. Please see the scan for the best idea of condition.
